High-grade whole kernels wrapped in vibrant, lacy mace bands. Sri Lankan nutmeg is harvested at full maturity and slow-dried to protect the kernel and the surrounding aril.
Nutmeg is graded as sound, shrivelled or broken; mace is graded by colour. We supply both separately to specification.
Quality Parameters
Sound whole kernels sorted by count per kilogram, with moisture and defect limits declared. Aflatoxin testing is available and routinely carried out on lots destined for the EU and UK.
